Discounts
To apply a promo or discount code:
• Proceed to checkout and enter your code in the ['Discount Code'] field.
• Click ['Apply'] to see your new total before finalizing your order.
• Only one code can be used per order.
If you’re having trouble entering your promo code, please try clearing the cache on your web browser or trying on a different device.
At this time, we do not offer bulk discounts.
Returns & Refunds
Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
For assistance with exchanges, contact customer support at [email protected] to ensure you get the item you want.
Alternative Option:
Return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping policy
Order Processing:
We aim to process all orders within 1-3 business days.
Please be aware that certain factors could influence processing times, such as incomplete payment, insufficient address information, or high demand during certain seasons. In these instances, we will reach out to customers via email before proceeding with the order to ensure a successful delivery.
Shipping Time:
Our shipping time is generally 7-10 business days for the United States and 10-14 business days for International Countries.
There are some factors affecting shipping that are beyond our control, including:
- Weather conditions
- Holiday seasons
- Errors by the shipping company
Despite our limited control over these variables, we will make every effort to keep you informed using all available information at our disposal.
Taxes and Duties:
Please note that placing an order with us does not cover any potential customs taxes or duties that your country may impose on incoming packages. It is your responsibility to handle these charges. If you need clarification on the rates, kindly get in touch with your country's customs office.
Important: Hilltop Nord cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the customs clearance process in the destination country. The timing of releasing your package rests solely with the customs authorities, and we lack control in this matter.
Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel an order after payment, please contact us, and we will endeavor to assist you. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation due to orders being swiftly forwarded to the warehouse. If processing or shipping has already taken place, we are regrettably unable to cancel the order, requiring you to initiate a product return.

Our Products
Our products are made from a variety of materials. Please check the product descriptions for specific details about the material composition of each item.
Cancel or change order
We can update your delivery address as long as the order hasn’t been shipped yet. Please contact our customer support team immediately to make any changes.
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
Currency
Our prices on the product page are displayed in your local currency. However, at checkout, all prices are shown in USD.
Orders
If no one was home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave the package in a safe location.
Be sure to check around your home and with neighbors/building management who may have collected the package for you.
Also, please double-check the shipping address of your order (in the order confirmation email) to ensure it’s headed to the right location.
On some occasions, packages may be marked as delivered but take additional time to arrive.
If you still are unable to locate the package, please reach out to the carrier.
